Art Central is a community arts centre and home to the Arts Council of Eurobodalla Incorporated. Run by volunteers who have a passion for the arts and supporting the arts community. 

Overlooking the picturesque Moruya River and adjacent to Riverside park Art Central provides people of all ages and abilities an opportunity to explore and extend their creative self. Exhibitions, local festivals, hands on days, tuition and vacation classes are just a some of the centre’s cultural activities.

History

Art Central is the brainchild of a group of passionate art volunteers including Lisette Wentholt and Nick Summers. Work on Art Central began in 2003, we opened its doors in 2004 to provide affordable, accessible art to everyone. We run workshops, hands on art days, school holiday programs and 4 term programs throughout the year. You can rent class space, hold meetings, give a lesson, or come and join a class.

Membership is open to all.

All activities at Art Central must be consistent with the ACE aims and objectives.

Morning session is 10am to 12noon, afternoon session is 1pm to 3pm

Evening sessions can be arranged by negotiation.

All space hire is at the discretion of the committee.
