About: This six-week course is all about getting creative with pinch, coil, and slab building to craft unique small sculptural forms. Glazing will focus on underglaze painting, topped with a clear glaze to add that finishing touch. Let your imagination run wild as you shape whimsical creations, abstract designs, or functional art!

The course is perfect for beginners and for those wanting to build on their existing hand-building skills.

This series of 4 ceramics hand building classes will give you the space to get your hands dirty and your imagination fired. Through the process of pinching, coiling and slabbing the clay, who knows what you'll create. You’ll explore the types of tiles, ceramics, and other materials suitable for mosaicking, how to use nippers to create flowers and other shapes, the best glues to use, and how to prepare your designs to cover your bowl.
